Thank you so much for participating in our first event of the year, Mochi Pounding (Mochituki) in February :)

As I said, real mochi pounding is becoming quite a rare activity these days in Japan as it requires a lot of preparation.
This time, we rented the full set of tools from a company called Fujita https://fujitadougu.com/mochi/mochi_rental.html.
They are very helpful and friendly people with a good offer, so if you by any chance plan to organise an event like this yourself, please contact them or let me know. I will be happy to help :)

The next event is going to be a Pub Night from 19:00 on Friday 29 March. It is going to be a casual get-together over a drink at a pub in the central Tokyo. We are selecting the venue right now. Once we know where to meet, we will share through the social medias :)

Pub Night is a casual social get together event welcoming everybody who is interested in language learning and culture. If you happen to be free in the city, please pop in. Taito sensei and I will be waiting for you!
